Pryde Families
For all girls playing softball for the 2012 season. There will be a MANDATORY skills assessment for the 10u-14u divisions.
SATURDAY MARCH 3rd 10 AM

Please arrive on time as you will be given a number and your ASA picture will be taken.

Schedule is as follows

GIRLS WISHING TO PLAY UP FROM THE 8U division please arrive at 9:30 for assessment.

U8 does not need to be assessed only if you are wishing to play up from your age appropriate division should you show up. Please note this does not mean your child will play up to u10 just because she attended this assesment.

PARENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE FIELD HOUSE DURING YOUR CHILD’S ASSESMENT.

10U ASSESMENTS WILL BEGING AT 10:30

The 12U and 14U will begin after the 10u is complete. We’re are estimating a noon start but could be earlier! When your daughter goes through the drills she is able to leave! A single assesment should only take 15 minutes per group.

Please arrive at 10 even if your assesment is later.

THERE WILL BE DOWN TIME AND THAT’S JUST PART OF IT.
IF IT IS RAINING THE GIRLS WILL BE INDOORS WHILE WAITING THEIR TURN IN THE FIELD HOUSE.

PLEASE BRING WATER AND A SNACK AS THESE THINGS COULD GO EITHER WAY DEPENDING ON TURN OUT.

AGAIN NO PARENTS WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE FIELD HOUSE DURING ASSESMENTS!

Please make sure you have Registered to play by the feb 10th deadline. You will be required to be registered in order to be assessed.

Hope to see you all there!

If you are interested in coaching SOFTBALL please contact Tracy Morris at JNL1977@YAHOO.COM.

Due to some current ASA Changes, I need to have a coaches set ASAP! Returning Head Coaches will get priority.

I need Head Coaches for U8 and U10.
I need Assistant Coaches for U12 and U14.

Team placement and amount of teams will be dependent upon number of registered players. The goal is to have One Head Coach and Two Assistants for U8 and U10 and One Head Coach and One Assistant for U12 and U14.

There will be a Mandatory Coaches Meeting/Clinic, DATE TBA

Last thing, there will be a skills assessment for players who are wishing to play up from the U8 to the U10 Level. This is NOT a Try-Out, however you must attend this assessment with your child in order to be considered to play up from the U8. The Date & Time to be TBD, but communication will be sent out in ample time.

Thank you,
Tracy Morris
